1. Services & Pricing

- Maintenance services including plugin updates, security checks, and 2–3 minor modifications per month (up to 3 pages).
- Monthly backup of database and codebase.
- Support via call/email for troubleshooting.
- Note: Maintenance fees apply per site. Large or high-traffic sites may require adjusted pricing.
Maintenance: Standard WordPress + WooCommerce – €129 / Month
- Comprehensive maintenance covering both your WordPress site and WooCommerce store.
- Includes plugin updates, security checks, and 2–3 minor modifications per month.
- Monthly backup of database and codebase.
- Basic bot/spam protection via trusted plugins.
- Support via call/email for troubleshooting.
- Note: Fees are per store; high-traffic or complex integrations may require additional charges.
Maintenance: Advanced Custom Full-Stack – €199 / Month
- Server monitoring and log management.
- Monthly backups of database and codebase.
- 2–3 small modifications per month (code fixes, tweaks, configuration).
- Assistance via call/email for troubleshooting and support.
- Note: Pricing is per application. High-complexity apps or multiple integrations may require customized fees.
Maintenance: Enterprise Web Applications – from €299 / Month
- Full server and infrastructure monitoring.
- Regular backups of databases and codebase.
- Performance optimization and security audits.
- Ongoing updates and troubleshooting support.
- Note: Enterprise-grade apps, multi-user platforms, or high-traffic systems may incur additional maintenance fees to ensure proper performance and support.

2. Liability & Disclaimer
To protect both parties and ensure transparency:
- Limited Responsibility:
While I provide high-quality development and maintenance, I cannot be held responsible for:- Failures caused by third-party software, plugins, or integrations.
- Conflicts with existing infrastructure or other applications.
- Data loss not covered by my backups.
- Client Responsibility:
- Clients must provide accurate system information and maintain their own backups if desired.
- High-traffic or mission-critical systems may require additional fees to ensure sufficient monitoring and support.
- Scope of Work:
- Services are limited to the specific platforms and tasks agreed upon.
- Any work outside the agreed subscription tier requires a separate agreement or custom pricing.
- Limitation of Liability:
- I shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from the use of my services.
- My liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in the last billing period.
- Force Majeure:
- I shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond my control (e.g., outages, natural disasters, third-party service failures).
- Governing Law:
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
3. Subscription & Acceptance of Terms
- All services are billed via subscription.
- By completing the subscription payment, the client accepts the CGV (Conditions Générales de Vente / Terms & Conditions) automatically.
- This acceptance confirms pricing, responsibilities, and scope of the selected service.
- A record of acceptance is logged automatically in the payment system for legal purposes.
- Payments are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- In case of late payment, services may be suspended until payment is received.
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for ongoing periods.
